This role supports a fast-paced, high-profile account and requires someone who thrives on managing complex projects, coordinating multiple teams, maintaining accurate reporting, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track project status and communicate updates, risks, and next steps to internal teams and clients.
  • Ensure all project documentation, instructions, and approvals are accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Update and maintain campaign performance reports, dashboards, and project tracking documents.
  • Assist with audience segmentation, data strategy, reporting analysis, and campaign performance reviews.
  • Partner with the Data team to coordinate data requests, audience selections, and reporting deliverables.
  • Help identify trends and insights from campaign results to support strategic recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Creative, Production, Data, and Media teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Oversee trafficking, QA, and approval processes across all campaign components
  • Review proofs and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards

What we are looking for:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and campaign performance data.
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project workflows.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Mavenlink, Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, etc.) preferred.
  • Remote working experience is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, within a marketing or advertising agency
  • BA in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a face paced environment.
  • Intermediate or higher Microsoft Office Application skills
  • Must live in the contiguous United States

Benefits

  • Competitive salary commensurate with professional experience
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including 85% health care coverage, 401(k), FSA, and unlimited PTO.
  • Home office equipment and technology needs supplied by the company.

If you're a proactive, detail-oriented professional with agency experience we encourage you to apply and become part of our team!
