Creative Strategist & Paid Media Lead Job Type: Full-Time Location: 100% Remote Timezone: US(EST) What You'll Own YouTube Creative Strategy (Primary Focus) Own our YouTube advertising strategy from concept to conversion. Develop compelling hooks, ad formats, and narrative structures that stop the scroll, communicate value, and drive app downloads for Leaderful. You understand how YouTube users think, what makes a pre-roll actually watchable, and how to engineer a 6-second bumper that lands.

You will ideate scripts, direct creative briefs, and work with video editors and our agency to bring concepts to life. Paid Media Creative Across Channels Lead creative strategy for paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn. Develop ad concepts, test multiple creative angles simultaneously, and use performance data to make fast decisions about what to scale and what to kill.

You will manage the creative pipeline to prevent ad fatigue and keep campaigns fresh โ€” always with an eye on ROAS, CAC, and conversion. Creative Concepting & Scriptwriting Translate frameworks โ€” Start With Why, The Infinite Game, Leaderful โ€” into ad scripts, hooks, and storytelling structures that resonate with leaders and organizations. You will write and refine ad copy, develop test hypotheses, and bring a point of view to every creative decision.

You don't just make things look good; you make them work. Performance Analysis & Optimization Analyze creative performance data weekly. Track CTR, watch time, conversion rate, ROAS, and CAC by creative variant.

Build a rigorous testing framework so that every campaign teaches us something. Turn learnings into clear, actionable creative decisions โ€” and communicate those findings to agency partners and leadership in plain language. Agency & Production Collaboration Work closely with our external digital ad agency to ensure creative strategy leads the work, not the other way around.

Brief the agency clearly, hold them to brand and strategic standards, and push for bolder, more hypothesis-driven creative. Coordinate with video editors, designers, and content producers to maintain a consistent output cadence. Brand Voice & Narrative Stewardship Protect and evolve brand voice across paid creative.

You understand the philosophy behind the work, and you ensure every ad, caption, and script reflects it. You will collaborate with the client and the leadership team to translate new thinking into campaign ideas before they exist anywhere else. Key Performance Indicators Metric: What we're measuring Leaderful app downloads & trials Volume of downloads and free trial starts driven by paid creative Net ROAS Return on ad spend, net of agency fees and production costs YouTube view-through rate & CTR: How well creative hooks and hold attention on YouTube Cost per acquisition (CAC): Efficient conversion from impression to Leaderful subscriber Creative velocity Number of new ad variants tested per month Creative learning rate: Speed of identifying winning creative hypotheses from tests Experience & Qualifications 5+ years in creative strategy, paid media, or a hybrid role โ€” with a meaningful portion focused on YouTube advertising Demonstrated track record of developing creative that drives measurable performance on YouTube, Meta, or both Experience writing ad scripts, creative briefs, and testing hypotheses โ€” not just managing others who do Strong analytical skills: comfortable with ad manager dashboards, attribution models, and performance reporting Experience marketing digital products (apps, SaaS, subscriptions, or online courses) preferred Familiarity with B2C and B2B audiences; experience reaching leaders, HR professionals, or enterprise buyers a plus Experience managing or collaborating with external agencies without losing strategic control Must be US-based with full authorization to work in the United States #J-18808-Ljbffr
