Title Curative Specialist III - REMOTE
Job Description
The Title Curative Specialist is a REMOTE position responsible reviewing title issues and assisting clients with curing title issues. In addition, they are responsible for reviewing the issue and notifying out title claims team and keeping the client informed on our progress of handling the curative. The specialist is responsible for keeping very good notes on the curative they are maintaining.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication
  • Superior organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and efficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations

Required Education and Training:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • High school or equivalent required
  • Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferred
