We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Crane Operator to join our team!


This role is responsible for operating cranes and related equipment to safely lift, move, position, and place materials on construction and industrial job sites. Candidates must have a strong commitment to safety, equipment maintenance, and teamwork.


Responsibilities

  • Operate cranes safely and efficiently in accordance with all company policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Inspect cranes and equipment before and after use
  • Read load charts and determine safe lifting capacities
  • Communicate effectively with riggers, signal persons, supervisors, and other crew members
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly
  • Complete required documentation, inspections, and daily reports
  • Follow all site-specific safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

  • Previous crane operating experience required
  • Valid NCCCO and Class A CDL license
  • Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
  • Strong understanding of safe lifting practices and construction site safety
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

UNION MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT

This position is covered by the International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE). Applicants must be a current member in good standing of the IUOE or be willing and eligible to join the IUOE upon hire as a condition of employment.
