Senior Publisher Manager Home Services & Insurance Lead Exchange

Location: Remote (U.S. Preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time

About Us: We are a rapidly growing performance marketing technology company operating a real-time lead and call exchange connecting premium publishers with buyers across the United States. Our platform powers thousands of inbound leads and calls every day across multiple verticals including Home Services and Insurance.

We are looking for an experienced Publisher Manager who already has an established network of high-quality publishers and can immediately begin expanding and scaling our supply.

This is not an entry-level affiliate management role. We are looking for someone who understands the lead generation ecosystem, has existing publisher relationships, and knows how to build long-term, profitable partnerships.

What You'll Do: As our Senior Publisher Manager, you will own publisher acquisition, relationship management, and supply growth across multiple verticals. Responsibilities include:

  • Recruit and onboard new publishers producing high-quality leads and inbound calls.
  • Leverage your existing industry relationships to accelerate publisher growth.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with publishers through phone, email, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Negotiate pricing, volume commitments, and commercial terms.
  • Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, claim rates, and profitability.
  • Work closely with internal account managers and operations teams to maximize publisher performance.
  • Identify new traffic sources and emerging publisher opportunities.
  • Analyze publisher KPIs and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Resolve delivery, compliance, and quality issues quickly.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to build strategic partnerships.
  • Help develop long-term publisher acquisition strategies.

Required Experience: We are specifically looking for candidates who already have strong publisher relationships. Requirements include:

  • 5+ years managing publishers, affiliates, or traffic partners.
  • Existing relationships with publishers in one or more of the following: Roofing, HVAC, Windows & Doors, Solar, Plumbing, Home Improvement, Medicare, ACA, Final Expense, Life Insurance, Auto Insurance.
  • Deep understanding of: Ping/Post, Real-Time Lead Distribution, Live Call Transfers, Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, CPL, CPA, CPC, Revenue Share.
  • Experience working with lead exchanges, affiliate networks, or publisher marketplaces.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze publisher performance using data and reporting.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Experience: Experience with platforms such as: Ringba, Invoca, Retriever, TrackDrive, Leadspedia, Twilio, HighLevel (GoHighLevel).
