PERFORMANCE MARKETER (Paid Search Focus)

Your Role:
We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Performance Marketer to join our in-house team at The Global Talent Co.
This is a part-time or full-time internal role focused primarily on Google Ads (Paid Search) while also supporting broader paid media efforts across Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging advertising platforms.
Your mission will be to scale our candidate acquisition engine by building and optimizing full-funnel paid campaigns that attract and convert top-tier marketing talent from around the world.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Paid Search) campaigns while supporting paid media initiatives across Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Own keyword strategy, bidding strategies, and search intent optimization to drive high-quality candidate acquisition.
  • Test and experiment with emerging advertising platforms such as Reddit, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
  • Own the complete lifecycle of paid campaigns, including targeting, creative briefing, testing, optimization, reporting, and ongoing improvements.
  • Partner closely with the Creative and Content teams to develop and continuously improve high-performing ad creatives.
  • Monitor and optimize performance using KPIs such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Analyze campaign performance and transform data into actionable recommendations.
  • Stay up to date on platform updates, algorithm changes, advertising trends, and industry best practices.
  • Continuously A/B test headlines, creatives, landing pages, audiences, and calls-to-action to maximize conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and communicate campaign insights to leadership.
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Paid Search) campaigns, with additional experience across Meta and/or LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, bidding strategies, match types, and conversion optimization.
  • Proven success improving campaign performance while reducing acquisition costs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, or similar reporting tools.
  • Comfortable managing and scaling paid advertising budgets across multiple channels.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop high-converting advertising assets.
  • Familiarity with emerging advertising platforms such as Reddit Ads, X Ads (Twitter), or TikTok Ads.
  • Highly autonomous, organized, and comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
Highly Preferred
  • Experience running B2B Paid Search campaigns.
  • Experience working for an HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Talent Staffing, Employer Branding, or Remote Hiring company is highly preferred. This is one of the strongest profile indicators for success in this role.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns across international markets (not only within your home country). Candidates who have planned and executed campaigns targeting multiple countries or global audiences will be strongly preferred.
Nice to Have:
  • Background in Recruitment Marketing or Talent Acquisition Marketing.
  • Experience marketing to marketers or other professional B2B audiences.
  • Experience in Lead Generation or broader B2B Performance Marketing.
  • Experience scaling campaigns across multiple international regions simultaneously.
