• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Provide engaging and interactive individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate clients’ progress.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, treatment progress, and any changes in client status, adhering to organizational protocols.
• Participate actively in weekly supervision meetings, case consultations, and training sessions designed to enhance your clinical skills.
• Collaborate with external mental health providers to ensure continuity of care for clients with complex needs.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. • Must hold registration in Nevada as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Social Worker (ASW), or Clinical Professional Counselor Intern (CPC-Intern).
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or counseling is required.
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to collaboration are essential to succeed in this role.
• Ability to engage and connect with clients from varied demographics, enhancing trust and therapeutic rapport.

• Previous clinical experience or internships are highly advantageous, providing a foundation for effective client interactions.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and practice management software is a plus.
• An understanding of trauma-informed care and best practices in mental health counseling will be helpful.

The compensation for this role ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
