• Provide individualized and tailored therapy to clients, employing a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans and monitor progress toward therapy goals.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that evidence-based practices are applied consistently.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care, coordinating with other healthcare professionals as necessary.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation of client interactions.
• Engage in continuous professional development, including attending workshops and staying informed on the latest practices and research in mental health.

As an LCPC at our center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our clientele includes adults, adolescents, couples, and families from various backgrounds, enabling you to utilize your skills in different therapeutic contexts. Your role will directly influence the mental health outcomes of these individuals, helping them to navigate their concerns and enhance their overall quality of life.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted LCPC license in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients remotely.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma is highly desirable.
• Experience using telehealth platforms and remote counseling technologies is a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
