• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, developing personalized treatment plans that reflect individual needs.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to address specific client challenges and personal goals.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques that are effective in treating various mental health disorders.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure a well-rounded approach to client care.
• Deliver educational sessions and support for clients’ families, helping them understand mental health issues and encouraging their involvement in the recovery process.
• Maintain meticulous and secure records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client information.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent in mental health counseling such as LCSW or LPC.

• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, demonstrating the ability to establish rapport and motivate clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster teamwork within a collaborative clinical environment.

• Experience in delivering telehealth services, particularly in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.
• A background in crisis intervention and management as well as knowledge of community resources for referrals.
