Work Environment

This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while still being a part of a dedicated and supportive team. The position offers both full-time (over 30 hours per week) and part-time (starting at 5 hours per week) options, providing you with the flexibility to balance personal and professional responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ethical and empathetic mental health counseling sessions through secure video chat, ensuring a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments at the onset of treatment and continuously throughout the client’s journey to evaluate progress and adapt treatment plans effectively.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, incorporating evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
