This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing for flexibility in addressing the needs of our clients, who may require support at various times, including evenings and weekends. • Conduct thorough, culturally-sensitive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health concerns and ascertain their treatment requirements.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to address each client's distinct challenges and objectives.
• Facilitate effective individual and group therapy sessions in a remote format, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Approaches.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes for clients.
• Engage and educate clients' families, encouraging their involvement in the therapy process and enhancing their understanding of mental health challenges.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential clinical records in adherence to all ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist will involve working with a varied population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. This diversity in client backgrounds allows you to apply your skills in a meaningful way while adapting your approach to meet the needs of each client, fostering a supportive and empathetic therapeutic relationship.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; higher degrees are preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling through specialized training or extensive clinical experience.
• A strong grasp of evidence-based therapies for various mental health disorders, combined with outstanding therapeutic skills.
• Exemplary communication and collaboration abilities, enabling seamless interaction with clients and the care team.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably in an outpatient or remote capacity.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and navigating virtual counseling environments.
• A background working with diverse populations, including culturally and socioeconomically varied client groups.
