This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. As part of our community health clinic, you will utilize telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions and maintain open lines of communication with clients. You will have access to modern technology and administrative support, enabling you to focus on providing high-quality care without the burdens of excessive paperwork and billing concerns.

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish a therapeutic rapport.
• Create personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and cultural backgrounds, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including talk therapy, to address clients' emotional challenges and promote behavioral changes.
• Facilitate sessions that encourage self-reflection and the development of healthy coping mechanisms.
• Regularly review treatment efficacy and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes for each client.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices in counseling.
• Connect clients with resources, workshops, and community programs that can further support their mental health journey.

You will work primarily with adults and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, many of whom face unique socioeconomic, cultural, and psychological challenges. The focus will be on building trust and rapport with clients, ensuring that they feel heard and valued throughout their treatment process. • A Master's degree in Counseling or a related discipline is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• Demonstrated experience providing counseling services, ideally in a clinical or community setting.
• Fluency in multiple local languages is preferred to effectively serve our diverse client base.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
