• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gauge the mental health status of clients and identify their unique needs.
• Develop customized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' short-term and long-term mental health goals.
• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions to adult clients utilizing solution-focused approaches.
• Utilize teletherapy technologies to deliver remote counseling, ensuring that clients receive care from the comfort and safety of their own environment.
• Implement crisis intervention techniques as necessary, providing immediate support in critical situations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including workshops, training, and supervision, to remain current with mental health practices and regulations.

You will primarily work with adults facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role is pivotal in facilitating recovery and personal growth, tailoring your approach to each client’s specific needs and circumstances. The diversity of our client base enriches the therapeutic experience and enables you to apply varied therapeutic techniques effectively.

• Possession of a valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills necessary to foster a compassionate and empathic therapeutic relationship.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage time and client caseload.
• A professional history reflecting a lack of disciplinary actions and a commitment to ethical practice.

• Experience delivering therapy through telehealth platforms, enhancing engagement and access for clients.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems for efficient client management and documentation.
• Demonstrated ability in crisis intervention and the provision of support during acute mental health episodes.

• Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, dependent on client caseload and experience.
