Work Environment

This role operates within a community health clinic setting, despite being fully remote. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client evaluations through online platforms to assess mental health challenges and create effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices and tailored approaches to enhance clients' personal growth and improve their mental health.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and regularly track their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Document session notes and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system for accurate and secure record-keeping.
• Engage in regular supervision and continuous professional development to refine your clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Enlightenment Psychotherapy Services, you will work with diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges. Your role will involve providing compassionate care that addresses family dynamics, relational issues, individual stressors, and mental health disorders.

Qualifications

• A fully licensed and credentialed therapist in the state of Colorado.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing therapy services.
• Proficiency in working with both adult and juvenile populations, demonstrating versatility and competence in addressing various mental health issues.

Preferred Experience

• Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms and digital tools for effective client engagement.
• Specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, or trauma-informed care.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Compensation and Benefits
