This is a remote position, utilizing telehealth platforms to connect with clients across various locations. • Maintain a caseload of clients by establishing trust and professional rapport through active listening and empathetic understanding.
• Conduct ongoing assessments, individual therapy sessions, and periodic evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjustments to treatment plans.
• Create, implement, and review personalized treatment plans based on clients’ specific mental health needs and goals.
• Engage in regular documentation of therapy sessions, maintaining detailed notes to ensure compliance and quality of care.
• Perform thorough intake assessments to gather comprehensive client histories and determine treatment pathways.
• Participate in individual supervision sessions to reflect on practice experiences and seek guidance to enhance skills.
• Adopt a growth mindset, participating in continuous professional development to refine therapeutic techniques and approaches.

The clientele you will work with may present a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Your role is pivotal in helping clients navigate these issues through evidence-based therapeutic interventions and compassionate support. By understanding their unique experiences and utilizing tailored techniques, you will facilitate their progress towards improved mental well-being.

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• A current and active License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) issued by the state.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is necessary to ensure you are well-prepared for the challenges of the role.
• Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and listening skills are essential for success in this environment.

• Experience working with a diverse patient population and familiarity with various therapeutic approaches will be advantageous.
