This role offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism. • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and needs, utilizing structured and unstructured tools.
• Create and implement effective, personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and reflect the individual goals of each client.
• Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions utilizing tailored modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques to facilitate personal growth.
• Set measurable therapeutic goals and actively monitor client progress over time, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Offer teletherapy options for virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients with geographical or logistical challenges.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies to uphold quality assurance.
• Engage in continual professional development through training, workshops, and supervision, keeping abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Our clientele includes a diverse range of individuals dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a therapist, you will have the chance to create meaningful connections with clients from various backgrounds, offering support and guidance tailored to their unique experiences.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients.
• A non-judgmental and compassionate demeanor with the ability to foster a trusting therapeutic alliance.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring responsibilities are met in a remote work environment.

While not required, candidates with experience in teletherapy, group therapy, or specialized treatment approaches for trauma-informed care will be given preference. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms will also be advantageous.
