Key Responsibilities

The Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and concerns.
  • Developing tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments, incorporating evidence-based practices and interventions.
  • Assisting clients in navigating complex mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in California.

Preferred Experience

Preferred candidates will have at least two years of experience in providing counseling services. Experience in remote counseling settings or familiarity with telehealth methodologies is highly favorable. Compensation and Benefits
