Cost Accounting Manager (99% Remote)
Location: Remote (Monthly onsite required in Winona, MN)
Compensation: Competitive + 10โ€“15% Bonus

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Lead cost accounting processes including inventory, WIP, and product costing

  • Partner with operations to ensure accurate and timely financial data
  • Enhance ERP data and reporting (Navision/AS400 preferred)
  • Identify and implement process improvements across accounting workflows
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing or distribution
  • Strong understanding of inventory, WIP, and cost structures
  • Experience with ERP systems; Navision or AS400 preferred
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
