• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to analyze client conditions and identify treatment needs, strengths, and areas for growth.
• Develop and implement culturally competent treatment plans that address the unique needs of individuals and families, ensuring all services are tailored to promote holistic healing.
• Provide individual and family counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, particularly trauma-informed methodologies that focus on healing and empowerment.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary clinical teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate care and improve overall patient outcomes.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including assessment notes, treatment plans, and progress reports, in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
• Assume responsibility for a designated caseload while prioritizing client safety and providing crisis intervention services as required.

This role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, and more. • A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is mandatory.
• Candidates must hold an active clinical license in the state of California as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and empathetically.
• Strong professional ethics, including the ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriate boundaries.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, particularly working with vulnerable populations and delivering trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth practices is advantageous.
