ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Venkataraman Viswanathan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

COMPENSATION:
  • Remote Role
  • Base pay of 25-30k
  • Commission and bonuses
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Goal orientation
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent my career in corporate America, working in technology and analytical roles within the airline industry. While I enjoyed the work, I always had a goal of owning my own business and building something of my own while helping people along the way.
As a new agency, we're creating a culture where people enjoy coming to work, feel supported, and have opportunities to grow. I'm a laid-back leader who believes in providing the tools, training, and processes needed for success without micromanaging.
