ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Venkataraman Viswanathan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

COMPENSATION:
  • Remote Role
  • Base pay of 25-30k
  • Commission and bonuses
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Goal orientation
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent my career in corporate America, working in technology and analytical roles within the airline industry. While I enjoyed the work, I always had a goal of owning my own business and building something of my own while helping people along the way.
As a new agency, we're creating a culture where people enjoy coming to work, feel supported, and have opportunities to grow. I'm a laid-back leader who believes in providing the tools, training, and processes needed for success without micromanaging. My goal is to help team members develop professionally while creating an environment built on trust, accountability, and mutual respect.
