Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and therapeutic objectives.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions that facilitate personal expression and encourage emotional healing.
• Provide crisis management support, employing evidence-based interventions to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Foster a culture of teamwork by mentoring and supervising multidisciplinary staff members, enhancing their professional development.
• Lead risk assessments and develop actionable plans to mitigate potential crises among clients.
• Monitor and document client progress in compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring seamless transitions in care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, social services, and families to coordinate comprehensive care plans for clients.
• Engage in marketing initiatives to enhance local awareness of our services, strengthening community connections.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will primarily benefit clients facing a range of challenges, including addiction, trauma, homelessness, and various co-occurring disorders. You will work with diverse populations, including adults and families from all walks of life. Your role is critical in promoting mental health awareness and accessibility to essential services, driving positive outcomes and sustainable change in our community.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC, with up-to-date knowledge of relevant guidelines and supervision standards.
• A minimum of two years of recent experience in crisis management and providing mental health services.
• Proficiency in understanding the complexities of addiction and its interplay with psychotherapeutic practices.
• A strong advocate for client-centered approaches, displaying respect and empathy towards clients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing therapeutic teams and demonstrating leadership in clinical settings.
• In-depth knowledge of best practices in trauma-informed care and recovery-oriented practices.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems for accurate documentation and reporting.
• Proven track record of engaging effectively with a diverse client population and building therapeutic alliances.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 yearly, complemented by an extensive benefits package designed to support your well-being.
