Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)

Salary Range: $96,000 – $110,000 / year Base Salary

A growing organization is seeking a Digital Marketing Communications Analyst to join its Business Systems organization supporting customer-facing messaging initiatives across multiple operational teams.


This position is ideal for a highly detail-oriented communications professional who thrives at the intersection of strategic messaging, copy editing, process improvement, and customer experience. The role will focus heavily on managing and improving email and SMS communications, ensuring messaging consistency, optimizing communication workflows, and supporting internal stakeholders with high-quality written communications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead copy editor for customer-facing communications
  • Develop and optimize messaging across email and SMS channels
  • Partner with managers and directors to support communication strategies
  • Manage communications workflows and organization within Salesforce
  • Leverage reporting and analytics to improve communication effectiveness
  • Ensure consistency with AP Style and internal communication standards
  • Support special communications and customer experience initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, or related field
  • 5-7 years of professional communications experience
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong experience with AP Style
  • Experience working with communication workflows and stakeholder management
  • Salesforce experience highly preferred
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
