This individual will report into our Senior Manger, Continuous Improvement and is a seasoned Continuous Improvement practitioner who operates independently on the organization’s most complex, high-impact improvement initiatives. As a senior individual contributor, this role leads network-wide process analysis, drives large cross-functional projects, and serves as a subject matter authority on Lean Six Sigma methodology and supply chain operations. The Senior Specialist brings analytical rigor and deep operational expertise to every engagement, setting the standard for quality, sustainability, and measurable results across the fulfillment center network. This individual understands how automation interacts with people and processes, and applies that knowledge to design improvements that are durable and scalable. develop enterprise-level dashboards and reporting tools for senior stakeholder visibility</li> <li>Translate voice of customer into measurable, data-driven performance metrics that inform prioritization and investment decisions</li> <li>Ensure data integrity through partnerships with IT and analytics teams;
