Controller role in a PE-backed youth sports roll-up, owning all accounting operations and partnering directly with the executive leadership team to establish a scalable platform finance function.

Requirements
  • Established Accounting Ops Leader: Hands-on managing month-end close and financial reporting across multiple entities, leading cash-to-accrual transitions, deferred revenue and scaling accounting F&A functions platform-wide.
  • Strong Process Builder & Self-Starter: Comfortable operating with ambiguity, establishing controls, and driving process maturity across all clubs.
  • FP&A Practitioner: Leads cash forecasting, budgeting, and annual planning to build forward-looking platform visibility.

  • Oversee club-level accounting operations: Lead and manage site-level bookkeepers, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and smooth month-end close processes across all clubs.
