Start: August

Pay Rate: $45-$50/hr

Location: remote

Duration: 12+ months, expected to continue indefinitely

Job Description

Our client, a top investment firm, is seeking an experienced labor and employment paralegal to work with their in-house legal team on employment litigation matters. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and strong work history, preferably with large law firms and/or in-house.

Required Experience

  • At least five years of experience, preferably in a top law firm or large, active corporate environment
  • Labor and employment litigation experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail, self-direction and ability to anticipate needs
  • E-discovery experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and analytical skills along with sound judgment
  • Strong academic credentials and work history
