Job description

CTG is seeking to fill a Sr. Project Manager - Healthcare Data Integration (P/T) position for our client.

Location: Anchorage, AK (hybrid remote)

Duration: 3 months

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a healthcare data-sharing initiative focused on implementing interoperable client records, shared tools, and integration with existing IT systems. This role will serve as the primary liaison between participating stakeholders and a Health Information Exchange (HIE) partner organization, facilitating technical implementation activities, data governance requirements, pilot projects, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of project management experience
  • Experience leading complex IT implementation projects
  • Healthcare, public sector, human services, or regulated industry experience preferred
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with healthcare data sharing, interoperability, or information exchange initiatives
  • Understanding of HIPAA requirements and data governance principles
  • Experience with vendor management, contract administration, RFPs, and SOW development
  • Strong communication, change management, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners
  • Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and project closeout activities
  • Facilitate technical implementation efforts supporting interoperable client records and shared systems
  • Establish governance structures, workgroups, and communication plans
  • Coordinate pilot project launches and evaluation activities
  • Support data governance discussions and compliance requirements
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement activities
  • Support organizational change management and user adoption efforts

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
