Location: Remote - Canada (Excluding QC, NB, NS, PE, NT, YT, & NU)

About the Role: From Foundations to Leadership

We are hiring a motivated Sales Representative who is interested in more than just a typical routine-someone who has the drive to grow into management.

This position is built into our structured Sales-to-Leadership Development Track, specifically designed to develop professional specialists into future Team Leads and Managers. You will begin by mastering our core communication and enrollment processes. As you demonstrate mastery and dedication, you will gain direct mentorship, coaching, and immediate opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities.

Structural Growth Pathway

Phase 1: Client Relations & Representation

Virtual Consultations: Conduct professional virtual meetings with prospective clients within our active regions.

Solution Consulting: Understand client needs and present tailored protection solutions.

Pipeline Management: Manage daily client follow-ups and update the company system with attention to detail.

Skill Mastery: Focus on meeting baseline milestones and participating daily in professional development.

Phase 2: Leadership Development

Team Mentorship: Support the onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members.

Group Coaching: Facilitate team training sessions and share best practices.
