Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their psychological, emotional, and social needs, ensuring that each client's unique circumstances are taken into account.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and solution-focused, guiding clients through their recovery journey with tailored strategies.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and motivational interviewing, aimed at fostering positive changes in clients' lives.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, managing client records responsibly.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • An active LCSW license valid in the state of Nevada.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
