Content & Experience Consultant will drive the optimization and redesign of internal communication to create engaging, user-centered digital experiences that improve usability, content discoverability, and employee engagement.

This role partners with leadership and stakeholders to develop compelling content, streamline navigation, organize resources, and enhance the overall employee experience through effective communication and intuitive design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize Workvivo spaces to improve usability, navigation, accessibility, and employee experience.
  • Design intuitive content architecture that makes information, resources, and services easy to find.
  • Create engaging content, resource hubs, FAQs, announcements, and executive communications.
  • Partner with leadership and subject matter experts to translate complex topics into clear, employee-friendly content.
  • Develop campaigns and storytelling that increase awareness, engagement, and adoption of organizational initiatives.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify content priorities and user needs.
  • Monitor engage Content & Experience Consultant will lead the optimization and redesign of Workvivo spaces to create engaging, user-centered digital experiences that improve usability, content discoverability, and employee engagement.

This role partners with leadership and stakeholders to develop compelling content, streamline navigation, organize resources, and enhance the overall employee experience through effective communication and intuitive design.

WorkVivo is proffered but will consider someone who has worked with similar platforms and willing to lear workvivo.
