Sr. Organic Social & Reddit Strategy Consultant (Contract | Remote | 12-15 hrs/week)
Overview
Seeking a senior strategist with deep expertise in Reddit, YouTube, and organic social discovery to help clients improve visibility across social platforms and emerging AI-driven search experiences. This is a hands-on strategic role focused on understanding how social content, communities, and conversations influence search, AI Overviews, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). Ideal candidates have agency, consultancy, or creator-economy experience and can translate audience behavior, platform dynamics, and AI visibility trends into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop organic social visibility strategies with a strong focus on Reddit and YouTube.
  • Analyze how social content, communities, and user-generated conversations surface in AI search experiences and citation layers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve discoverability within social platforms and across AI-driven search environments.
  • Evaluate audience behavior, search trends, competitor activity, and community engagement patterns.
  • Partner with SEO and AEO teams to provide a social-first perspective on visibility and content strategy.
  • Create strategic recommendations, roadmaps, and frameworks that support long-term organic growth.
  • Present findings and guidance to internal teams and clients.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in organic social strategy, social search, community strategy, content strategy, or integrated marketing.
