Hires local to the Twin Cities Metro-Area can anticipate an in-office component of 1-2 days a week, employed with Bold Orange. Position Summary:
Bold Orange is seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented Digital Project Manager qualified and eager to execute digital strategies and campaigns by working collaboratively with teams and subject matter experts to plan, organize, coordinate, and manage projects and retainers across all digital channels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Define scope, build and manage budgets, and outline resource plans to align appropriate talent to the project
  • Create and drive project plans and timelines to ensure that key project milestones are met in a timely manner and accurate fashion by facilitating strong partnerships across the team
  • Proactively manage the deliverables and clearly communicate at all levels to illuminate opportunities and risks
  • Experience with digital initiatives and multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Facilitate team status and internal review meetings
  • Help team understand deliverables and timelines
  • Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
  • Break down roadblocks in the process by proactively seeking solutions
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
  • Continue professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in agency project management
  • Previous experience managing evolving initiatives and multi-channel marketing campaigns that may include overall customer experience strategy, creative, email development, digital marketing campaigns, front-end site design and development, content management, SEO, analytics, etc.

We benchmark salaries across industry standards and local markets to ensure we offer competitive, fair compensation. Final offers reflect a candidate's skills, experience, and the market at the time of hire. Final compensation for this role is anticipated to be between $80k- $115K base.
