  • Continuously learn Sitecore platform features, AI capabilities, and content best practices.

  • 1-3 years of experience in content editing, content management, digital publishing, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with a content management system, preferably Sitecore (including its modern, AI-enabled capabilities).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of SEO, content accessibility (WCAG), and web content best practices.
  • Familiarity with content workflows, taxonomies, and metadata.
  • Exposure to web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, or Sitecore analytics).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good collaboration and communication skills across creative and technical teams.
  • Willingness to learn and apply AI-powered content tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
Nice to have:
  • Sitecore certification (e.g., Sitecore Certified Content Author).
  • Exposure to Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore Personalize, or Content Hub.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS.
