Contact Center Associate | Remote within Spokane area

What You'll Do
  • Assist members, providers, and internal partners with questions related to benefits, eligibility, claims, coverage, and provider services
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels with professionalism and accuracy
  • Resolve customer concerns whenever possible during the first interaction
  • Document customer interactions and follow-up items thoroughly
  • Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer service expectations
  • Participate in training, coaching, and team development activities
What We're Looking For

Schedule & Training
  • Training (First 3 Weeks): Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Post-Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8hr shift within operating hours of 5am to 5pm.
  • Remote Position: Must reside within 60 miles of Spokane and be able to pick up company equipment locally.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
