In this role, you will: 

  • Lead complex HRIS integration and transformation initiatives following mergers, acquisitions, or organizational consolidations.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders, HR, IT, and business leaders to align strategy, governance, and execution.
  • Drive data migration, process harmonization, change management, and system adoption across large-scale organizations.

Who You Are: 

  • 10-15 years of HRIS leadership experience in large, complex enterprise environments.
  • Proven success leading enterprise-wide HRIS integrations, transformations, or consolidations.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams and navigating organizational change.
  • M&A integration experience is highly desirable
  • Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, or similar enterprise HRIS platforms.
  • Experience integrating multiple HR systems into a consolidated enterprise instance.
