• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client’s mental health needs, using interpersonal skills to communicate effectively even in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client preferences, ensuring individual goals are met and adapted as necessary.
• Utilize secure telehealth platforms to deliver therapy services, fostering a safe and interactive environment for both you and your clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, tracking client progress and adjusting treatment plans as required in a timely manner.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions, contributing to the collective knowledge of the team to ensure the highest quality of care.

Your work will directly impact clients from diverse backgrounds dealing with an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By tailoring therapeutic approaches to accommodate individual experiences, you will help clients navigate their personal journeys toward mental wellness.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients in a remote environment.
• Empathy and a compassionate approach toward clients’ mental health journeys.
• Organizational skills and time management abilities to effectively handle therapy sessions and documentation remotely.

• Prior experience in telehealth or remote counseling services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based approaches.
• Experience working with a diverse client base and adapting treatment techniques to suit varying needs.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, based on your caseload and expertise.
