Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.
Preferred Experience
  • Two or more years of clinical experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients swiftly, fostering a therapeutic alliance.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus, facilitating streamlined documentation and client management.

The competitive salary for this full-time position ranges between USD 90,000 to 100,000, reflecting your expertise and dedication to mental health.
