As a fully remote position, you will have the flexibility to create your own work environment while collaborating with a supportive, innovative, and forward-thinking team. Our operational hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, with flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the diverse needs of our staff and clients. • Provide high-quality counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy services tailored to each client’s needs, developing personalized treatment and discharge plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments through interviews, comprehensive case history evaluations, and observational techniques to gather relevant data about clients.
• Analyze and interpret client information to identify underlying issues and determine appropriate therapeutic approaches or necessary referrals to specialists.
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress promptly, with a commitment to submitting records within 24 hours of service delivery.
• Participate in mandatory training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on industry best practices.

You will work with a diverse client population seeking mental health support, particularly those interested in exploring psychedelic therapy and integrative mental health approaches. Your role will be crucial in guiding clients through their therapeutic journeys, addressing various emotional and psychological challenges, and fostering growth in non-ordinary states of consciousness.

• Active LCSW license or equivalent qualification in a directly related field.
• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
• Credentials to be included on insurance panels to facilitate client billing.
• Current malpractice insurance coverage.
• A minimum commitment to conducting at least 10 therapy sessions (53 minutes each) per week to maintain an effective caseload.
• Proficient in using digital Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

• Strong knowledge of mental health counseling techniques and therapeutic interventions.
• Experience in clinical social work, including an understanding of ethical and legal considerations related to patient rights.
• A holistic approach to therapy that incorporates non-traditional practices such as meditation, breathwork, and other integrative modalities.
• Proficient technological skills in telehealth services to enhance client engagement and accessibility.

The expected annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, reflecting the applicant’s experience, education, geographic location, and skill set. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a robust benefits package including:
