Source Throughput Analyst
The Opportunity:
With cloud-based tools, faster GPUs, and the explosion of connected devices, geospatial data has more potential than ever. A skilled geospatial and remote sensing analyst can turn that data into mission critical information. If that sounds like you, we have an opportunity for you to use your geospatial analysis skills to transform how our clients, warfighters, national leaders and policymakers receive Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT).
As a geospatial and remote sensing analyst at Booz Allen, you'll work with a team of Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Source Strategies Analysts (SSAs) and Source Throughput Analysts (STA) to extract meaning and context from various collection platform capabilities and applications.
On our team, you'll also use your skills to leverage national and commercial satellite optical, infrared, and remote sensing solutions, and you'll help analyze data to assess meaning and potential intent. You'll design, analyze, develop, and create geospatial solutions for priorities like infrastructure, topography, human geography, and intelligence.
We focus on growing as a team, so we'll share techniques, work through challenges, and develop workflows. This is an opportunity to gain experience in GEOINT Collection Management while developing products to improve the Intelligence Community (IC) and DoW.
Join us. The world can't wait.
You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience with tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) of GEOINT data including support to real-time and activity-based collection
  • 5+ years of experience managing large multi-source data, sensemaking, assessing metrics associated with model output confidence and reliability, developing automated collection strategies, and working with data scientists
  • Experience with multi-tasking for day-to-day operations within a program management and professional environment in several geographically separated client locations
  • Experience with NSG focus areas and collection management structures, including NSG and IC collaborative tools for GEOINT collection, production, and visualization
  • Knowledge of traditional and developing overhead sensors and capabilities with exposure to automated collection strategies and inferencing methodologies which derive insights from temporal and spatial data sets
  • Ability to develop and sustain mission relationships across the IC and DoW as well as build relationships with key intelligence community stakeholders to support future architecture
  • Ability to help synchronize mission requirements to prevent redundancies, identify conflicts, and review priorities for tasking of traditional and non-traditional GEOINT sources
  • Ability to ensure new or modified capabilities from National assets are transitioned into operations properly and to lead teams executing integration activities
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with turning intelligence capabilities and workflows into learning objectives for training audiences
  • Experience providing feedback to assist with development of training materials
  • Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS)
  • Knowledge of the GEOINT Community, its focus areas, and its collection management structures
  • GPC-F Certification

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
