• Build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with a diverse range of clients, providing a safe and supportive environment for open dialogue.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose patients' mental health issues accurately and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using an array of therapeutic modalities to address each client's unique needs.
• Regularly review and assess client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and therapeutic approaches as warranted.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Document therapy sessions and treatment outcomes in compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.

Your efforts will be directed toward a wide variety of clients struggling with mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. The clinic serves a diverse population, which means you will engage with individuals from various backgrounds and experiences, enhancing your cultural competency and adaptability.

• A valid LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) license in the state of Oregon is mandatory.
• A Master’s or Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Possess strong therapeutic skills and the ability to engage and motivate clients throughout their healing journey.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective client interactions and documentation.
• High-level collaboration abilities to work in concert with your colleagues and other mental health professionals.

• Experience in addiction therapy or obtaining a certification in this field.
• Proficiency with evidence-based treatments for substance use and co-occurring disorders.
• Previous experience working in a community health setting is highly advantageous.

This position comes with a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We are proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
