As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Mankind Therapy Inc., your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via video conferencing, adhering to the highest professional standards.
• Utilizing solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring effective therapy practices.
• Creating personalized and comprehensive treatment plans, integrating evidence-based practices to facilitate client growth and healing.
• Helping clients explore and gain insights into their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships through guided discussions.
• Regularly monitoring client progress within treatment plans and assisting them in developing adaptive coping strategies.

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a variety of mental health issues. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship difficulties. Your expertise will provide crucial support as clients work towards enhancing their well-being and quality of life.

To succeed in this role, candidates must fulfill the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Applicants must hold one of the following unrestricted licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A clean licensure record free from disciplinary actions is mandatory.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a genuine desire to support clients.
• Proficient in technology, with strong computer literacy skills necessary for remote counseling.

While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is required, candidates with additional backgrounds in specific therapeutic modalities or experience in teletherapy are highly valued. Strong familiarity with various client demographics will enhance your suitability for this position.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, all full-time counselors will receive a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring access to necessary health resources. Other benefits include:
