As a remote-healthcare provider, you will enjoy a fully remote work environment, eliminating the commute while allowing you to set your own hours. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms, focusing on improving clients' mental health.
• Facilitating client discussions surrounding emotions and life experiences, guiding them toward enhanced self-awareness and insight.
• Actively advocating for clients by helping them define personal goals and aspirations.
• Assessing clients’ mental health conditions and developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate solution-focused methodologies grounded in your clinical expertise.

In your role, you will work exclusively with a diverse clientele that is prescreened, stable, and experiences low-acuity mental health issues. This ensures that your focus remains on providing effective therapy to clients who are motivated to improve their mental health. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An independent professional license in one of the following areas, recognized by the state board (provisional licenses are not accepted):
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• The ability to make informed evaluations, treatment recommendations, and implement effective treatment plans.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a compassionate approach, and a sincere interest in clients' well-being.
• Proficient computer skills to navigate teletherapy platforms and maintain electronic records efficiently.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in remote counseling settings or with specific demographic populations will be considered favorably. Familiarity with online counseling tools and techniques will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

In addition to a competitive annual salary of USD 90,000 to 100,000, we offer a sign-on bonus, frequent direct deposit payments, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
