Our outpatient office setting is designed to support mental health professionals in providing effective counseling services via modern technology. • Conduct compassionate and ethical individual counseling sessions using video conferencing tools.
• Utilize empirically supported, solution-focused treatment modalities to guide clients through their mental health challenges.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitate client self-awareness by helping them explore their emotions, relationships, and personal experiences.
• Monitor client progress throughout the therapeutic process and adapt treatment plans as necessary to promote positive outcomes.
• Teach clients effective coping strategies to enhance their mental resilience and quality of life.

As a licensed mental health counselor at Compassionate Care Counseling, you will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults presenting with various mental health needs. Your expertise will contribute significantly to helping individuals develop the skills required to navigate their mental health challenges, fostering their independence and enhancing their overall well-being.

• A Master’s degree in a relevant counseling discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued independent mental health counseling license; candidates must hold one of the following credentials:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses, and no disciplinary actions on your record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate disposition.
• Strong computer literacy and comfort with technology required for virtual counseling.
• Access to a computer with a webcam and reliable internet connection for conducting video sessions.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling.
• Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital counseling tools and platforms.
