This remote position allows you the autonomy to make your own schedule while working with clients who have been pre-screened and identified as stable with low acuity needs. You'll have the flexibility to engage in video consultations, ensuring that you can deliver personalized therapy no matter where you are located. • Counsel clients through secure video chat sessions to assess and enhance their mental health, applying a solution-based approach.
• Facilitate discussions around clients' emotions and life experiences to support their journey toward self-discovery and relationship building.
• Serve as a client advocate by assisting them in defining achievable goals and action steps.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health conditions and collaborate on tailored treatment plans that leverage your unique clinical expertise.
• Regularly document client progress and treatment outcomes while handling minimal paperwork, as administrative duties are managed by our support team.

The clients you will work with are primarily low acuity individuals who require supportive mental health services. They are pre-screened to ensure they are appropriate for therapy, allowing you to focus on providing targeted interventions that can genuinely enhance their well-being. Our diverse client base allows for a variety of therapeutic interactions and the opportunity to work with people from different backgrounds.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• You must possess an independent clinical license (such as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker - LICSW).
• Demonstrated ability to make informed professional evaluations, decisions, and treatment recommendations based on clinical knowledge.
• Exceptional interpersonal and empathetic communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy, comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation.

• Experience in providing therapy in a remote setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with a diverse client population and culturally competent practices is highly valued.
• Knowledge of contemporary therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches relevant to diverse mental health issues.
