This position is 100% remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or any location you choose. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions for clients using video chat, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach.
• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities and evidence-based practices to provide effective therapy tailored to your client’s unique needs.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that address goals set collaboratively with clients.
• Facilitate clients’ understanding of their emotions, experiences, and relationships through insightful dialogues.
• Regularly monitor client progress throughout the treatment plan and provide support in developing healthy coping mechanisms.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment notes while minimizing administrative tasks so you can focus on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will interact primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who present with diverse mental health needs including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management. Your expertise will help these clients cultivate better coping strategies and improve their overall quality of life. Our goal is to build a supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel safe and empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an unrestricted, fully independent license to practice as a therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses, and absence of any disciplinary actions against your professional license.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficient computer literacy skills, enabling you to navigate telehealth systems and documentation processes efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing mental health counseling, particularly with adult clients.
• Prior experience utilizing telehealth platforms is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 90,000 and 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
