Position Overview Cornelis Networks is hiring a Technical Product Marketing Manager (AI & HPC Networking), to help drive innovation and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies in the semiconductor industry. In this role, you will be responsible for messaging, positioning and creating associated assets that clearly communicate the value proposition for Cornelis' suite of products, working alongside a team of industry experts to shape the future of high-performance networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities Product Marketing & Positioning: Create product collateral, presentations, and value propositions for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with the Product Solutions and Engineering teams to stay updated on product development, ensuring accurate and strategic marketing positioning. Work closely with sales leadership to align content and messaging with revenue pipelines.

Customer Engagement & Market Research Understand customer needs & technology trends to shape product requirements. Competitive Analysis & GTM Strategy Analyze networking technologies (InfiniBand, Ethernet, Omni-Path). Develop SWOT-based positioning and differentiation strategies.

Sales Enablement & Content Creation Build presentations, whitepapers, and sales collateral. Train sales teams on how to articulate Cornelis' value proposition. Basic Qualifications At least 10+ years of relevant experience in data center networking infrastructure, in mix of technical and business roles 5+ years of experience in high-speed computer networking, CPUs, GPUs, and/or storage markets.

7+ years working with HPC and AI training/inferencing stacks, architectures and workloads Deep understanding of HPC/AI interconnects (InfiniBand, RoCEv2, Ultra-Ethernet, Omni-Path, Standard Ethernet). Proven ability to create marketing assets, presentations, and competitive positioning strategies Ability to analyze trends and competitors in the networking & semiconductor industry. Additional Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience Experience engaging directly with customers & partners Strong communication skills and the ability to present to executives and technical stakeholders.

Location: This is a remote position for employees residing within the United States. At Cornelis Networks your base salary is only one component of your comprehensive total rewards package. Your base pay will be determined by factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and location relative to the hiring range for the position.

Depending on your role, you may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, including an annual bonus or sales incentives. In addition to your base pay, you'll have access to a broad range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as disability and life insurance, a dependent care flexible spending account, accidental injury insurance, and pet insurance.
