Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional and ethical individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing platforms.
• Utilize solution-based treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans focused on addressing specific mental health concerns.
• Guide clients in gaining insights into their emotions, behaviors, and relationships to facilitate personal growth.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies to foster effective coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our work primarily focuses on serving stable, low-acuity adults who present with varying degrees of mental health challenges. This demographic includes individuals experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, and interpersonal issues. As a counselor, your goal will be to assist them in developing the skills necessary to improve their overall quality of life and enhance their coping strategies.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license allowing for independent practice. Positions available for:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Psychologist
• No provisional or limited licenses are permitted. Candidates must have no disciplinary actions on their record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic approach to client care.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience providing virtual or remote counseling.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in video conferencing tools, is crucial for effective remote counseling.
• A passion for advocating for and supporting clients on their mental health journeys.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
