What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”

  • Responsibilities may include installation, configuration, and support a local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet system or a segment of a network system.
  • May maintain network hardware and software.
  • May monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and performs necessary maintenance to support network availability on assigned projects.
  • Responsibilities may also include providing our customers with custom systems integrations, detailed systems upgrade planning and execution, systems audits and consultation, and/or database management and manipulation regarding Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
  • Typically handles projects larger and more complex projects.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

What You’ll Need

  • Excellent programming skills and proven ability to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions.
  • Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure; ability to maintain awareness of, and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.
  • Advanced verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience: 7-10 years computer network installation and maintenance
