With our robust online platform, you will be provided with a seamless setup for scheduling appointments, conducting therapy sessions, and managing your caseload—all from your personal computer.

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized counseling sessions via secure video chat, enabling clients to express their feelings and concerns in a safe environment.
• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and mental health needs, identifying any underlying disorders such as anxiety, depression, stress, or grief.
• Formulating and implementing effective treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies and your clinical expertise.
• Monitoring client progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to support their evolving needs.
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals when appropriate to provide comprehensive care.
• Fostering a supportive and empathetic therapeutic relationship that encourages client engagement and self-reflection.

Your clients will primarily consist of emotionally functioning adults experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. Every client will undergo thorough screening to ensure suitability for telehealth services, allowing you to work with stable individuals who require guidance and support rather than immediate crisis intervention.

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Mental Health.
• Active and independent licensure as a mental health counselor, which may include:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Strong digital competency when using telehealth platforms and managing electronic records.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth therapy or a familiarity with solution-focused treatment frameworks will have an advantage. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of clinical assessments and treatment planning.
