Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • A current state-issued mental health counseling license allowing independent practice, including but not limited to the following credentials:
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
    • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
  • Clear of any disciplinary actions and possess no limited or provisional licenses.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature toward clients.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, including familiarity with video conferencing tools.
  • A reliable internet connection, a computer with webcam, and audio capabilities for virtual sessions.
Preferred Experience

At least two years of experience working in a clinical mental health setting is preferred. Ideal candidates will demonstrate proficiency in developing treatment plans and will have a nuanced understanding of diverse client needs.
