CD Events Co (CDCO) is a leading Event Production Company based in Boston, MA. CDCO has designed and produced events in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Nashville, New Orleans, New York, Phoenix, Seattle and Washington DC.  Their client list is diverse and is represented by a blue-chip group of celebrities, non-profit organizations and corporations such as the Leary Firefighters Foundation, Ensono, Microsoft, New England Venture Capital Association, The Derek Jeter Turn 2 Foundation, the NHL and many more. 

CDCO is looking to fill two summer/fall internship positions starting mid August and working approximately 8 - 12 hours per week (remote and/or in office) with a flexible schedule. The interns who fill the positions should expect to learn the event industry from top to bottom and will gain much hands-on experience from event execution and travel. 

It’s essential that applicants have strong communication skills, demonstrate creativity, and understand the importance of attention to detail and time management. 

****Applicants must also be in the greater Boston and/or NYC area. 

Responsibilities:           

·       Event Coordination

·       Event Research

·       Account Management

·       Auction Facilitation

·       Creating Workplans 

·       Creative and Collateral Facilitation

·       Promotion and Social Media Support

·       Vendor and Venue Liaison

·       Guest Management

·       Operations and Production 

Requirements:

·       Public Relations, Communications or Marketing major (junior, senior or above only) 

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills

·       Solid understanding of social media

·       Proficient with Microsoft Excel, other Microsoft applications and Google docs and sheets

·       Graphic design skills/ work preferred but no required 

·       Ability to work remote and report and manage time 

·       Ability to commit for summer and fall season (August – December 2026)
