• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and substance use histories to understand their unique needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices to address trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing techniques.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring up-to-date documentation of therapeutic progress.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to create a comprehensive treatment approach for clients.
• Stay informed about the latest research, trends, and best practices in mental health treatment and substance use interventions.
• Provide continuous support and guidance to clients, facilitating group therapy sessions and individual counseling.

Your role will center around working with diverse clients who are addressing various issues related to substance use and mental health. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Possession of an active Licensed Mental Health Therapist license (LMSW) in the state of Nevada.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems for remote client engagement and documentation.

We value practical, hands-on experience in the mental health field. Candidates with at least two years of experience working with clients facing substance use disorders, anxiety, and depression will have a competitive edge.
